At U&E Leathers, we aim to deliver your handmade leather products safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below:


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom orders may require additional time depending on the product. We will inform you if extra time is needed.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Partner: We use trusted courier services like Leopard, TCS, and Call Courier.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.


3. International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days, depending on location.

  • International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping offers (if available) will be clearly mentioned on our site or promotions.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order using the courier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

    We will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or courier service disruptions.


7. Wrong or Damaged Products

  • If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will replace or refund the item according to our Refund Policy.
